What is the capacity of the cottage?
The cottage is designed for a maximum of 6 people with 3 bedrooms.
What are the house rules?: Are there any specific rules regarding noise or pets?
Parties are not permitted. The number of people specified in the reservation must be respected. Pets (maximum 2) are permitted with a declaration at the time of booking.
Is the grounds fenced for pets?
Yes, the land is enclosed (6,500 m²)
Is there a closed parking lot?
Yes, closed parking.
What is the minimum length of stay?
From 4 days (excluding school term).
Is the cottage well insulated to ensure peace and privacy?
The cottage is located on the edge of the village, but a two-minute walk from the bakery, in a cul-de-sac with a view of the countryside, not overlooked. It guarantees peace and privacy.
Are there any additional fees?: Are there any hidden fees, such as cleaning or security deposit fees?
The rental rate is all-inclusive, with only the tourist tax being an additional €1.40 per night per adult. The security deposit is €700, payable by credit card on the booking sites.
What are the cancellation policies? What are the conditions if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
Specific according to the specific conditions of the booking site. Generally, the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days before arrival.

What are the check-in and check-out procedures? What time can I enter the accommodation?
You can check in from 2 p.m. Check out at 10 a.m.
Is there a key collection system?

What are the cleaning and restoration conditions at the end of the stay?
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. Laundry bags (one in each bedroom, one in the kitchen, and one in the bathroom) are provided, and at the end of your stay, we ask that you dispose of bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bathroom linen, and household linen. Disposable mattress protectors are available.
What equipment is provided?
The accommodation is fully equipped. Electric heating. Bed linen is provided and included in the price, as are towels and toiletries. You have at your disposal a kitchen essential: oil-vinegar-salt etc... and breakfast products: coffee - tea - chocolate - sugar etc... Products for the dishwasher and washing machine provided.
Where are the shops, restaurants or attractions nearby?
On site in LAVOUX, bakery, pastry shop open every day except Monday and a small self-service café-tabac. A small CARREFOUR CITY 3.5 km away in St Julien L'Ars and a large LECLERC 7 km away in Chauvigny. Many restaurants within a 10 km radius - see our welcome booklet - Major leisure sites including Futuroscope are 15 - 20 minutes away.
How does Wi-Fi work?
The cottage is equipped with FIBER and 5G. ORANGE cards with the WIFI code are available to connect.

Can we pick and eat the fruits from the orchard?
